CREATING A PAYMENT DOCUMENT

You can proceed to payment if the Organizing Committee has approved your application for participation, you have received your invitation to the Forum and confirm participation in the Forum via the Roscongress personal account.

In the ‘Payment’ section of your Roscongress personal account, enter the payer’s details for the individual or legal entity that will make the payment.

Select the payment method:

  • for residents of the Russian Federation: invoice in roubles or bank card
  • for non-residents of the Russian Federation: invoice in roubles, US dollars or euros, or bank card

Select the type of payment document: agreement or invoice agreement

Changes to payer’s information can only be made by your Roscongress Foundation specialist. The contact information can be found in the Roscongress personal account or by contacting the Forum information centre by phone at +7 (812) 680 0000.

AGREEMENT

To pay by agreement, you should:

  • Save the participation agreement in your Roscongress personal account. Print it out and sign it.
  • Send a signed copy of the agreement to a Roscongress Foundation specialist. The contact information can be found in the Roscongress personal account.

If you selected the following when choosing a payment method:
— Payment by invoice: the invoice will be available in the ‘Payment’ section of your Roscongress personal account once the agreement has been received by a Roscongress Foundation specialist.
— Payment by bank card: once the agreement has been received by a Roscongress Foundation specialist, you can choose to pay by bank card using the Fast Payment System or SberPay in the ‘Payment’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

INVOICE AGREEMENT

To pay by invoice agreement, you should:

  • Save your invoice agreement to make the payment
  • Pay the participation fee

MAKING THE PAYMENT

PAYMENT BY INVOICE

To pay by invoice, the payer should contact their bank. Payment may take more than three banking days. When paying by invoice, we also recommend factoring in any commission the bank may charge.

PAYMENT BY BANK CARD

To pay by bank card:

  • specify your email address in the ‘Confirm payment details’ window in order to receive your electronic payment receipt
  • confirm the payment details
  • enter your bank card details in the standard online payment form
  • confirm payment

The name on the bank card must match the payer’s name in the agreement. The payment will go through immediately.

Acceptable payment forms include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, and MIR payment system cards issued by Russian banks.


  • Payment under agreement (invoice agreement) may only be made by the Customer. If payment is received from a different payer, such payment will be treated as erroneously transferred.
  • The payment date will be considered to be the day on which the amount due is credited to the account of the Roscongress Foundation.
  • Please note that payment of the participation fee on time and in full is a prerequisite to receiving a participation badge and gaining access to the Forum venue.

INFORMATION FOR FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS

Please kindly note that due to restrictions on the use of foreign bank cards in Russia, it is recommended to pay for participation by bank transfer.

CURRENCY AND BANK CARD TRANSACTIONS

Currency exchange

Please note the restrictions on exchanging foreign currencies:

  • The US dollar, euro, Chinese yuan, United Arab Emirates dirham, Turkish lira, and other currencies can be freely exchanged for rubles. About 18 currencies can be exchanged in Sberbank’s offices. The exchange rate and addresses can be found here.
  • For currency exchange operations you must present an identity document.
  • Non-cash currency CANNOT be exchanged for cash in roubles if the currency is on bank cards issued outside of Russia. It is also impossible to withdraw rubles using these cards.

Bank cards

Given the existing restrictions on the use of foreign bank cards in Russia, we recommend that you carry sufficient cash for the entire duration of your stay at the Forum.

MIR сards in any currency work without restrictions in Russia. Forum participants are advised to apply for a card or bring an existing card of this payment system.
