The Drug Security Forum will be held on 2 June 2021 as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2021, which takes place on 2–5 June 2021. The Forum will be devoted to the transformation of the medicine provision system in Russia and around the world and will be held under the motto of ‘Science and technology for health’. access to SPIEF partner networking areas at the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre on 2 and 5 June 2021;
access to exhibitions at the SPIEF venue on 2 and 5 June 2021.
The cost of participation for the Drug Security Forum is RUB 25,000 (including VAT).
To pay for participation in the Forum, participants must sign an agreement or create an invoice/agreement contract, which acts as a confirmation and guarantee of participation. More details is available in the ‘Payment’ section, of the personal web office.
Representatives of non-profit organizations, state agencies, and publicly funded institutions can participate in the Forum free of charge. In order to take part in the Forum, you must fill out an application for participation on the Forum website.
In order to participate in the Forum, please fill out an application for participation by 24 May 2021. Applications are reviewed on an individual basis, so please allow at least 10 days for consideration of your application.
Applications will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. If your application is approved, you will be sent an official invitation, together with a letter detailing how to access your personal web office on the Forum website. SPIEF 2021 participants may attend Drug Safety and Security Forum events free of charge upon presentation of a participant badge, and are not required to register separately for the Drug Safety and Security Forum. Please log into your Roscongress personal account and confirm participation in the Forum in the ‘My events – SPIEF 2021 – Sideline events of SPIEF’ section.
The Drug Security Forum will be held in full compliance with the safety measures and recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor and the World Health Organization, which are designed to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
All participants of SPIEF 2021 and events that are part of SPIEF, media representatives and staff attending SPIEF events must take a COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test.
The PCR test must be taken starting from 15:00 on 31 May and no later than 24 hours prior to arrival at the Forum venue at one of the approved testing centres. PCR testing is carried out upon presentation of an accreditation document (badge) or ID. Badges for venue access are activated according to the results of the PCR test.

The Drug Security Forum business programme events are held at the SPIEF 2021 venue. The SPIEF 2021 venue may only be accessed with an accreditation badge. Badges for venue access are activated according to the results of a PCR test at one of the approved testing centres – Rospotrebnadzor laboratories, specially equipped as part of SPIEF 2021. PCR testing is carried out upon presentation of a passport and an accreditation document (badge) or ID.
ID can be found in the questionnaire that is uploaded in the personal web office after uploading of information on presence or absence of COVID-19 antibodies and COVID-19 vaccination.
