The Drug Security Forum is a leading industry platform for meetings of Russian and international pharmaceutical and medical companies, as well as representatives of key government bodies and the scientific and expert community.
The purpose of the Forum is to discuss the current agenda and take decisions on issues concerning the modernization of the industry, including uninterrupted drug supplies, the future development of the drug policy regulation system, pricing, the policy for phasing out drug imports, and international cooperation in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
Representatives of non-commercial, state, and budget-funded institutions can attend the Forum for free with approval from the Organizing Committee.
If you wish to submit an application to attend the Forum, please apply to participate in the ‘Events – Upcoming’ section of your Roscongress personal account. You need to select the 'SPIEF Sideline events participant' package.

Your application will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Forum and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
The review process varies by applicant but can take up to 10 days. The Organizing Committee reserve the right to reject an application without explanation.
Once you have received an invitation, please confirm your participation by going to the ‘My events – SPIEF 2025 – Event dashboard’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
HOW DO I DECLINE TO PARTICIPATE?
If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Forum, or have previously confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend, please decline your participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
HOW THE PARTICIPANT CAN BE SUBSTITUTED?
A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the Forum for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
To pay for participation in the Forum, participants must sign an agreement or issue an invoice agreement, which acts as a confirmation and guarantee of participation. The date of payment shall be considered to be the date on which the funds reach the account of the Roscongress Foundation.
