Picking up your badge

Collect your accreditation badge in advance at one of accreditation points in Moscow or St. Petersburg.

Take your identity document (passport) with you

You must present your passport at the entrance to the venue and keep it with you while you are located at the Forum venue.

What do I need to do to get a badge?

In the ‘My events – SPIEF – Event dashboard’ section of the Roscongress personal account you should:

Pay the participation fee

Upload a scanned copy of your passport (pages 2 and 3)

Upload a required photo for badge

Enter your personal information in full in accordance with your passport

Confirm participation in the Forum

Data processing takes from 3 days. If changes have been made to your identity document (passport) after you completed the application to participate in the Forum, the data in your Roscongress personal account must be edited.

Please note that to obtain your badge you must grant consent in your Roscongress personal account to the use of a simple electronic signature (SES).

How to receive the badge?

Participant accreditation badges may be collected in person by presenting:

By proxy

To pick up a badge for another participant by proxy, the authorized individual must present:

List of participants (attached to the power of attorney)

Copies of participants' passports (will be returned after badges are issued)

Badge usage rules

  • The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties.
  • Participants should keep their badges and identity documents (passport) with them at all times while at the Forum venue. The badge must be worn in a visible place.
  • If a badge is lost or damaged, the participant should contact any accreditation desk or the accreditation support service. The lost badge will then be blocked based on a written application from the owner and a duplicate will be issued.
