Access to the venue
The main events of the Forum have been held at the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Traffic in St. Petersburg during the days of the Forum is expected to be heavy. During peak hours (08:00–11:00), there will be a lot of traffic at the entrance to ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre.
All vehicles entering the Forum venue must undergo security checks at the checkpoint. Make sure that your vehicle is free of large closed containers, bags, liquids in containers with a volume of more than 500 ml, or other items that are prohibited from being brought to the Forum venue.
Please plan your route so that you arrive at the venue in advance, at least 2 hours before the start of the event you wish to attend.
HOW DO I ENTER THE FORUM VENUE?
- Picking up your badge
- Take a PCR test
- Leave items prohibited at the venue at your accommodations
- Take your identity document (passport) with you

1. PICKING UP YOUR BADGE
You must have an activated accreditation badge to enter the venue of the Forum.
We kindly ask that you collect your accreditation badge in advance at the accreditation point in Moscow or St. Petersburg.
How do I pick up my badge?2. TAKE A PCR TEST
18–20 June
To access the ExpoForum on 18–20 June, all participants, media representatives, and staff must undergo PCR testing for COVID-19 once 24 hours before the first visiting the Forum venue only at the Forum’s dedicated testing centres.
From 07:30 on 16 June, access to the Hilton and Hampton hotels on the territory of the ExpoForum will be allowed only upon presentation of a negative test.
21 June
Access to the ExpoForum on 21 June does not require a PCR test.
3. LEAVE ITEMS PROHIBITED AT THE VENUE AT YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS
Upon arrival, each participant will have to go through the access control procedure. You may be asked to turn on your phone or laptop and show other equipment that you brought to the venue.
Please carefully review the list of items prohibited on the event venue and pay attention to any exceptions.

Please don’t forget to bring an identifying document (passport) with you to the venue. You must present your passport at the entrance to the venue and keep it with you while you are located at the Forum venue.

How to get to the venue?
Participants have a number of options for getting to the Forum venue:
- By free Forum shuttle buses
- By rented vehicle
- By personal accredited vehicle
- By personal non-accredited vehicle or taxi

Participants may rent an accredited or unaccredited (without access to the Forum venue) vehicle.

IN AN ACCREDITED PRIVATE CAR
Forum participants can have their personal car accredited.
Details of the vehicle and driver accreditation process are available in the Accreditation of personal vehicle section.
The main entrance to the Forum venue is via checkpoint 1. The checkpoint is responsible for visual control of transport passes, inspection of vehicles and distribution of traffic flows in accordance with the category of transport passes.
An accredited vehicle with access to off-site parking area will stop at the ExpoForum Сongress Сentre.
An accredited vehicle with access to the ExpoForum parking area will stop in the drop-off/pick-up zone along the ExpoForum passage.
IN AN UNACCREDITED PRIVATE CAR
Unaccredited vehicles are not allowed to enter the territory of the ExpoForum.
The drop-off zone / pick-up zone for participants arriving by unaccredited vehicles is located on Peterburgskoye Shosse near checkpoint 2.
