Representatives of non-commercial, state, and budget-funded institutions can attend the Forum for free with approval from the Organizing Committee.
- Entry to all Forum events on 3 June, including the ‘Ensuring Drug Security’ Russian Pharmaceutical Forum and the Russian Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Forum (excluding the plenary session and invitation-only events)

How can I become a participant?
1. Submit an application
If you wish to submit an application to attend the Forum, please apply to participate in the ‘Events – Upcoming’ section of your Roscongress personal account. You need to select the ‘SPIEF sideline events participant’ package.

Your application will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Forum and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
The review process varies by applicant. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject an application without explanation.
3. Confirm your attendance
Once you have received an invitation, please confirm your participation by going to the ‘My events – SPIEF 2026 – Event dashboard’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
How do I decline to participate?
If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Forum, or have previously confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend, please decline your participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
How the participant can be substituted?
A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the Forum for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
4. Pay the participation fee
To pay for participation in the Forum, participants must sign an agreement or issue an invoice agreement, which acts as a confirmation and guarantee of participation. The date of payment shall be considered to be the date on which the funds reach the account of the Roscongress Foundation.

5. Picking up your badge
An accreditation badge is required to enter the Forum venue. To collect your badge, complete the following in your Roscongress personal account:
1. Confirm participation in the Forum
2. Enter your personal information
3. Upload a required photo for your badge

How to get the most out of participation

Visa support
If you need a visa to enter the Russian Federation, you can obtain a visa through an invitation for foreign arrivals (for all Forum participants) or an electronic visa (available for citizens of 64 foreign countries).
Hotel booking
Participants of SPIEF 2026 can book rooms in St. Petersburg hotels at special rates.
Badge collection
You must have an accreditation badge to enter the venue of the Forum. Collect your accreditation badge in advance at one of the accreditation points.
