During the Drug Security Forum participants can use the services to ensure convenience on Forum venue and work effectively at the event.
Participants of the Drug Security Forum can rent an accredited or unaccredited (without access to the ExpoForum territory) chauffeur-driven car.
To submit an application, please go to the ‘My events’ section of the Roscongress personal account and select ‘St. Petersburg International Economic Forum’. Next, go to the ‘Event dashboard’ section and download an application form in the ‘Car rental’ section, then email it to autobooking@forumspb.com.
Applications are accepted through 11 June.
If you require assistance in booking of the accommodation, please apply application in Recommended hotels section on the SPIEF website or email your request to booking@roscongress.org, specifying your preferred hotel, dates of stay, the full names of the guests, and the required quantity of rooms.

Both before and during SPIEF, participants may request the services of a personal interpreter. This may be done in one of two ways:

The Drug Security Forum participants can book photography and video recording services at the Forum venue.
To place a booking, please go to the ‘My events’ section of the Roscongress personal account and select SPIEF 2023. Next, go to the ‘Event dashboard’ section and submit a request form in the ‘Photo and video services’ section. After you have completed the application, please send it at evgeniy.kombarov@roscongress.org.
