Badge collection

You must have an activated accreditation badge to enter the venue of the Forum.

The badge contains information about its holder: last name and first name in English, organization, participation category, photo, and the event insignia.

Badges for venue access are activated by a negative result of a PCR test. Detailed information about PCR testing will be published in the PCR testing section.

  • The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties.
  • You must carry your badge and identity document (passport) with you at all times when at the Forum venue. The badge must be worn in a visible place.
  • If your badge is lost or damaged, you should contact any accreditation desk or Help Desk. Alost badge will be blocked and a duplicate will then be issued based on a written application from the badge holder.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PICK UP MY BADGE?

In the ‘My events – SPIEF – Event dashboard’ section of the Roscongress personal account you should:

  1. Confirm participation in the Forum
  2. Enter your personal information in full in accordance with your passport
  3. Upload a required photo for badge

  4. Upload a scanned copy of passport

  5. Pay the participation fee

Data processing takes from 3 days.

If changes have been made to your identity document (passport) after you completed the application to participate in the Forum, the data in your Roscongress personal account must be edited (tab ‘My events – SPIEF – Event dashboard – Personal information – Edit data’).

To make changes to any fields that are blocked for editing, please contact the specialist that you spoke with when registering for the Forum.

HOW TO FIND OUT IF MY BADGE IS READY?

There are several ways to find out or be notified when a participant badge is ready:

  • An email notification.
  • A notification in the Roscongress personal account.
  • A call to the Forum information centre: +7 (812) 680 0000.
  • A call to a Roscongress Foundation specialist whose contacts are listed in the Roscongress personal account.

HOW CAN I PICK UP MY BADGE IN PERSON?

When issuing the badge, the accreditation operator checks the data specified in the application to ensure it matches the information in your identity document. If the data does not match, the badge cannot be issued on the day you applied for it.

HOW CAN I PICK UP MY BADGE BY PROXY?

To pick up a badge for another participant by proxy, the authorized individual must present:

  1. Passport.
  2. Original standard power of attorney.
  3. List of participants (attached to the power of attorney).
  4. Copies of participants’ passports (Copies of passports will be returned after badges are issued).
  5. Originals of personal data consent forms.

We kindly ask that you collect your accreditation badge in advance at the accreditation point in Moscow or St. Petersburg.

Please note that participants may pay the participation fee and the cost of any services provided by the Roscongress Foundation at the financial services stands at Accreditation Centre 1. A 5.5% commission fee is charged at the time of payment.

Please note that if you are arriving at the Forum venue in an accredited vehicle, the driver must also be accredited. Driver badges and transport passes can be collected at Accreditation Centre 1.

Transport passes and drivers’ badges are issued according to the schedule that is available in the Accreditation of personal vehicle section.

PCR TESTING FOR BADGE ACTIVATION ON 18–20 JUNE

Badges for venue access are activated by a negative result of a PCR test.

PCR test must be taken at one of the approved testing centres – Rospotrebnadzor laboratories, specially equipped as part of Forum. Results of tests taken at other laboratories will NOT be accepted for access to the venue!

Please note that PCR testing is a prerequisite not to the badge collection, but to badge activation. You can collect your accreditation badge first, then take the PCR test, or vice versa.
